Football Team

Hi Guys,
Football time again - First game is against LYPP on saturday at 10am. Linlithgow leisure centre outdoor 7 a-side. Crawford has been training a group during the summer but i'm sure we can beat them. The strips have been ordered and look great with the sponsor name on the front. They should be ready for the next game. I plan to organise at least one game per month against a visiting team and possible one game against either the oldies or young ones from the church per month. Weekend away 1-3 Sept Balcary House

Just as you are getting ready to go back to school I thought I would give you something fun to think about. A special weekend has been arranged for all YF & YPG to be involved in. I will give you all the information on Sunday but the basics are Cost - £30 Venue - Balcary house, Hawick. Friday Murder Mystery, Saturday Teaching, Workshops, Sports & fun, Sunday Church pack up then home. Hope you can join us!

Baptism

Hi just to let you know that Fiona McIntosh is being baptised on saturday evening. If you would like to come along and share the experience please let me know as I am arranging to take the mini bus. We will be leaving from st Johns at 6.15 and will be going to my house after for some pizza etc.
It is a good idea to think again about baptism for yourself - what do you think about it - would you like to be baptised - are you ready to make that commitment? Speak to me about it.

WOW! what a great experience - God really was moving in that place. Thanks to all who came and made the journey and the time away so much fun. YF - megazone trip

Hi all you yf folk who are waiting for the exam results to arrive - lets get together on tuesday evening to either celebrate or dull the pain a little. A few games at megazone will help you get over the stress. Meet at the church at 6.30pm and bring £5 (may cost you less than this). If you want to invite a friend along please do but let me know by text so that i have an idea of numbers. Cya
