News for all - YF & YPG

Hi, i hope you didn't miss me too much at the weekend. I had a lovely time at Loch Ossain with LYPP. I take it the YPG projects are going well and you enjoyed finding out more about Romans on Sunday. The YF were working on some case studies and looking at practical ways of living a Christian life so I hope that was helpful as well. Thanks to Marco, Callum and Lorraine.
Two main things to remind you about.

  1. Big Day Out at Fordel firs Activity centre is just two weeks away. 11/2/06. Please let me know on Sunday if you can come, as I need to arrange transport and sort out groups. I will have a information sheet ready for Sunday.
  2. Remember to get your parents to complete the registration/consent form and bring it back on Sunday. if you don't have one of these yet give me a call 07756145560 or e-mail loriskl@hotmail.com or lorna@stjohnschristiancentre.org.uk and I will get one to you.

Fizz and Food

I really enjoyed spending some time with the YPG gang. I hope you all had fun! Look out for some more fun times to come. Big thank you to Michael for allowing us to use his home. I was well impressed with the lego creations - remember you now have a way of remembering the 10 commandments but as Jesus said when asked which commandment is the most important one he replied 'love the Lord your God with all your heart, soul, mind and strength and love your neighbour as yourself' these are the ultimate commandments. YPG - 22/1/06 Sunday Night

Hi guys
We have been invited to Michael Fraser's home for supper on Sunday evening. Since the YF call their evenings Tea and Toast I thought YPG could opt for Drinks and nibbles or Crisps and Juice!! What do you think? Please come along for some games, fellowship and food.
Time 6.30-8ish. (Time changed to make it easier for parents to attend the evening service.)
If you need transport please let me know.

Tea & Toast

Well I always thought you were a bunch of animals now I know for sure. Shona what a great 3 toed sloth you make and Kenny you are a real gorilla. But the King of the jungle would have to be Ross who stayed in the control seat far longer than anyone else -I thought he was staying the night!

Thanks for all taking part and joining in so well - you are a great YF team and it is a pleasure working with you.

Jan Powerpoint

Thanks to all who joined Lorraine and me. What a great Night! I will remember for a long time the message about being Hungy and Thirsty for God. Possibly because of the visual disply of the ceame egg and can of Irrrrrrrrrrrrn Brrrrrrrrru!!!
